Salad Queen

When I lived in Bosnia Herzegovina my housemate called me the salad queen. He would come back from tour and call me asking for a salad. I would use lettuce, wild arugula and pomegranates from our garden. This salad has arugula, blue goat cheese from France, cucumbers, red cabbage, nutritional yeast, brags amino acids instead of salt and celery. I roast corn and sunflower seeds in an iron skillet. The dressing is just lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Love feeding people food that is alive. Eat the rainbow.
