Know that what makes you light up will draw those to you with that same spark. I love you just the way you are. Our imperfections are what connects us. One of my adult students thanked me for "being vulnerable and human". There is still a voice inside of me that thinks maybe I shouldn't have shared that, what if they don't like me? What if they think I'm a mess? I have made a habit of realizing that if my experience helps someone else that is more important than the fear of rejection.
