My last day in Montreal

My last day in Montreal I wanted to make some granola for the friends that I was staying with. On my way to the market I asked a handsome old man where St Catherine Street was. He laughed and said "if I were younger I would have thought that you were picking me up, we are on St Catherine street" I laughed and we walked together for awhile until he got to his apartment. "You made my day" he said. He had made mine. I love walking and not using GPS. Today I put in the wrong address and went way out of the way. Intuitively I knew it was wrong. This dancer is from Mexico his mother said "mi hijo es lo más guapo toma su foto" ( my son is the most handsome take his photo). I wish I had taken a photo of them together. I love people and rarely forget a face! If I am sad and in my house all I have to do is walk out my door. My street is a thorough fare for Venice Beach. There are people living in their vans, preschoolers from the trilingual school down the street, a techie walking his golden retriever, tourists, skateboarders.
