One of my teachers said yesterday that meditation is not about bliss it is about taking out the trash. Our minds are restless absorbing information and looking for problems. Once we sit down and start to drop in we can live with more clarity and truth. When I was in India meditating in silence for 4 days last year, I had nightmares, was annoyed by myself and the people around me. On the fourth day I got a vision for the workshops that I teach now. By clearing out the junk I was able to connect to a clear vision of what I love. On March 29th I'll be teaching a meditation workshop from 7:00-8:30 pm in one of my favorite cities Montreal.
