Coconut and Cashew Granola
The yummiest granola full of love. I first made this granola the last night that I was in Montreal this summer. I like to make it for my houseguests to take with them when they leave or with my little cousins when I babysit them. There is something so nourishing about this sweet and healthy treat.
Recipe: Preheat oven to 325 F
2 cups oats
1 cup coco chips
1 cup cashews
A little Himalayan salt sprinkle with the intention of love because salt holds energy
cinnamon
teaspoon of vanilla
two tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons coconut oil
4 tablespoons maple syrup
Mix dry ingredients
Mix maple syrup and oil in a pan over low heat.
Place dry ingredients over a baking sheet and pour wet ingredients until fully covered. Bake for 25 min or until golden brown.

2 vasos de avena
1 vaso de coco
1 vaso cashews
canela
un poquito de sal de la himalaya rosada (pon la intention de amor porque la sal lleva energia)
4 cucharadas grandes de sirope de arce (maple syrup orgánico) (yo pongo poco pero depende en cuanto quieres de dulce)
3 cucharadas de aceite de coco
Preheat el horno al 325 grados Mezcla la avena, coco, cashews, sal, canela
En una cacerola pequeña pon el aceite de coco con el sirope de arce por 2 minutos mezclando frecuentemente. Inmediatamente pon encima de los ingredientes secos.
Colóquelos en una bandeja para hornear grande y al horno por 25 minutos o hasta esta dorada.
