I'm sorry that I was rude earlier. I have a concussion. Irritability is a symptom" I said to the secretary at the Physical Therapy office. She said "that's ok just get better". I had snapped at her after she gave me a pile of forms to fill out. "Isn't this what my lawyer is for?" I never thought I would say those words, never thought that my body would be too weak to do the physical part of yoga everyday. So many people who look "normal" are struggling and I'd just write them off as an asshole before I'd go to empathy. I'm grateful for all the support that I have during this time. All my healing friends offering alternatives. We have a choice and there is room for repair.
